Taraxacum is a perennial plant that reaches 50 cm in height, with circular leaves at the base, hollow stems and yellow flowers.

A very well known plant that looks like bitter radish.

Taraxacum root is a mild tonic, laxative, diuretic, valuable for indigestion and constipation.

But the most important of all its properties is that it lowers cholesterol.


It also tackles obesity and acne.

Research has shown that it contains more iron than spinach and more vitamin A than carrot.
