  • Fysh has been cooperating with the courier for many years, which can deliver you to the address of your choice provided that it is within the city limits it designates.
  • If your address is in a remote or inaccessible area of your territory, your parcel will be shipped to the nearest town or town in your area where there is a courier associate's shop and the delivery will be resolved immediately.
  • For shipments within City limits and for orders up to € 80 it is free.
  • If you choose to pay your order as a payment, you will be charged € 2.00, regardless of the size or amount of your order.
  • To avoid paying a down payment, you can choose another payment method (eg bank deposit).
  • For shipments to Remote Areas, please contact us for shipping costs.
  • In the case of Inaccessible Areas you incur an additional shipping cost of € 11.00 for deliveries to your location.
  • Alternatively you can choose to pick up your parcel from the store that represents your area in the nearest town or town and avoid the extra expense.
  • To see which category your area belongs in, you can log on to and select from the right yellow "COVER AREAS" boxes.
  • For orders over € 120.00, our company undertakes to send you your order with free shipping.
  • In case of shipment to Remote or Inaccessible Areas, our company only covers the standard shipping costs and incurs additional charges.
  • For bulk or bulk orders, another way of delivery should be chosen.
  • From the time of shipment, the parcel will be in your hands within 1-2 business days anywhere in Greece. Deliveries to island Greece may require an additional business day.
  • Normal delivery hours are from 10am to 4pm. If you wish to receive within a specified time (not less than four hours eg 11:00 to 15:00), please fill in the order comments, if this is an order via the site, or specify it to our representatives if place an order by phone. An afternoon delivery option is available upon request
  • In case you are absent, the company responsible for delivering the parcel will leave you with a written notice or sms, or will contact you by telephone and a receipt is scheduled for the following day. If you know you are going to be missing, please call them to arrange a delivery of your parcel at a convenient date. In any case, we are at your disposal to assist you in any arrangement.
  • If the courier company does not find you to deliver the parcel after repeated efforts, the parcel will be returned to FYSH. Because shipping the parcel will cost you shipping again, we would suggest keeping it as consistent as possible with delivery so as to avoid unnecessary costs.
  • Note: If your order exceeds € 100,00 and needs to be shipped due to non-delivery, you will be charged all shipping charges first.


  • Other carriers are selected in case of high volume or weight to avoid high charges.
  • In this case, it has to be decided where and when the delivery will take place and the delivery time may vary. Your telephone communication with the carrier is a prerequisite.
  • You can recommend the carrier that suits you.
  • The shipping costs of the shipping company are paid upon receipt directly to the shipping company, and the amount of your order is paid directly to FYSH in one of the available payment methods.
  • Note: Carriers' charges are solely based on their own judgment.


The company does not only operate via the Internet and can receive your order from our premises at 1. Aristotelous 23 in Center & Vlali 4 - Kapani, Thessaloniki. Business days are Monday, Wednesday & Saturday from 08.00 am until 4pm while Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 08:00 am until 8:00 pm and our staff will be at your disposal.

Delivery time

  • Every order is checked for availability and ready for business days (Monday to Friday). If all products are available, it will be ready and shipped within 48 hours.
  • In case of special order the delivery time can be changed.


  • FYSI's return policy is to receive back every product within 15 calendar days of its delivery (as evidenced by the courier document or any carrier used).
  • Before returning, you must contact us (via the Site Contact form, e-mail, fax or telephone), and consent to the return you wish to make. In all other cases FYSH reserves the right to refuse to accept your return.
  • Additionally, you must include the receipt (or invoice) sent to you with the package you received from FYSH so that the return process can be completed successfully (otherwise, if you do not have the relevant document, you cannot return products).
  • FYSH accepts responsibility for shipping incorrect, damaged or generally defective product. In this case, the replacement will be free of charge for return and shipping costs. Refunds are accepted only if the product is not available. A prerequisite is to use the shipping / courier service suggested by our company in the return of the product.
  • To safeguard your return rights, we recommend that you use a postal, courier or shipping service to record the shipment status, as we cannot take responsibility if the returned product does not reach our offices (and therefore does not can be replaced or refunded). The customer always has the responsibility of shipping the product, as as the recipient of FYSH, it is not possible to search your package in any postal / shipping.
  • Your request for replacement or refund, please send it either in writing on your package or by e-mail as it is possible to call us at 2315006500 (+30 prefix for external calls) and let us know if you would like to replace a product or let us know about any complaints about our products and services.
  • For the return of an incorrect, undamaged or generally defective product, the Customer shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.
  • Before returning an incorrect, undamaged or generally defective product, please check that the essential requirements of the FYSH return policy are met:
    • The product is in a condition that can be resold (with manufacturer's tags, without wear, dirt, use, etc.)
    • The product has not been "personalized" (no name and / or number printed, no tags placed, etc.)
    • The product was not on offer at the time of purchase.
    • You have the receipt (or invoice) to provide with the return.
  • If the product meets the above criteria, you can send it back to us for replacement with another from our catalog or issue a credit note for your subsequent purchases. Refunds are not accepted.
  • In case of a refund due to replacement, you can choose from our entire range of products.

Orders not delivered

If an order has not been delivered due to the recipient's fault, the value of the product may be refunded as soon as the package is returned to FYSH.
Shipping costs and return costs cannot be refunded.
It is also not possible to refund for a product that has been personalized in any way (eg if printed with a name).
